At Sea to Summit Germany, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you can easily return it for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized DHL or Deutsche Post location across Germany.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
